LCDA808F Two-Phase 86 Digital Display Servo Driver

Product Overview

The LCDA808F uses the latest dedicated motor control DSP chip and vector closed-loop control technology to completely overcome the problem of step loss in open-loop stepper motors. At the same time, it significantly improves the motor's high-speed performance, reduces motor heating and vibration, enhances machine processing speed and precision, and lowers machine power consumption. This driver is compatible with two-phase 86-type closed-loop stepper motors, combining the advantages of both stepper and servo motors. It features low noise, strong anti-interference capability, and is suitable for high-speed operation. An external digital debugging panel is provided for convenient parameter setting and monitoring.

(3) Control Signal Ports

NameDescription
PUL+Pulse input signal: pulse active edge adjustable, default pulse rising edge active; to reliably respond to pulse signals, pulse width should be greater than 2.5μs If using +12V or +24V a resistor must be connected in series. 1.5K resistor.

DIR+Direction input signal: switch motor direction through high and low level signals, direction signal should be established at least / 5μs before pulse signal; if using ENA+ +12V or +24V a resistor must be connected in series. 1.5K resistor.
DIR-
Enable control signal: this input signal is used to enable or disable driver output. When this function is not needed, leave the enable signal terminal floating. If using +12V or +24V, a 1.5K resistor must be connected in series.Pend+

ALM-Alarm Handling

Alarm Code
Fault DescriptionFault HandlingER 001
Overcurrent Alarm1. Motor power line short circuit or motor fault;

   2. Driver current loop parameter set too high;

3. If the above two points are checked without error, it may be an internal driver fault and needs to be returned to the factory for inspection.

ER 002

Overvoltage Alarm1. Power supply voltage too high or unstable, check if transformer output voltage is normal;

   2. Internal driver fault, needs to be returned to the factory for inspection.

ER 006

Encoder DisconnectionEncoder wire disconnection or poor contact.ER 007
Position Deviation Increase1. Motor power line phase sequence reversed, check wiring sequence according to motor label;

2. Loose, poor contact or broken motor power line or encoder wire can cause this fault. If spare cables are available, try replacing the cable.
