Product Overview
LCDA2262C is a new generation digital two-phase closed-loop stepper driver developed based on 32-bit DSP technology. This driver adopts a brand-new structure and control scheme, as well as a new interface solution, making it more convenient and faster for users to operate. The driver incorporates more advanced algorithms, significantly reducing the motor noise during operation, resulting in smoother and more reliable motor performance.

Alarm Handling
Alarm Code | Fault Description | Fault Handling |
ER 001 | Overcurrent Alarm | 1. Motor power line short circuit or motor fault; 2. Driver current loop parameter set too high; 3. If the above two points are checked without error, it may be an internal driver fault and needs to be returned to the factory for inspection. |
ER 002 | Overvoltage Alarm | 1. Power supply voltage too high or unstable, check if the transformer output voltage is normal; 2. Internal driver fault, needs to be returned to the factory for inspection. |
ER 004 | Position Deviation Increasing | 1. Motor power line phase sequence reversed, check the sequence according to the label on the motor; 2. Loose, poor contact or broken motor power line or encoder line can cause this fault. If there is a spare cable, try replacing the cable; |
