60 L-type Integrated Motor (Pulse)

Product Overview

This series of integrated stepper drive units adopts the new generation 32-bit DSP technology, combining the control functions of a separate driver. It supports current auto-tuning, pulse + direction control, dual pulse control, and other features. While improving motor stability without losing steps and reducing temperature rise, it also enhances high-speed motor performance, reduces motor vibration, increases machining speed and precision, and lowers machine power consumption.

Features

Voltage input range: DC24V to 50V Drive current: 5.6A Communication interface: Pulse Input pulse frequency: 0-200KHZ Baud rate: 115200 Features protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, and position deviation [closed loop].

Description

1

PUL+

Pulse signal input, signal voltage supports 5V-24V; pulse input modes: pulse + direction (used as pulse port), dual pulse (used as CW port); pulse active edge adjustable, default pulse rising edge active; to reliably respond to pulse signals, pulse width should be greater than 2.5μs.

2

PUL-

3

DIR+

Used as direction input port, signal voltage supports 5V-24V; pulse input modes: pulse + direction (used as direction port), dual pulse (used as CCW port); high/low level signal, to ensure reliable motor direction change, direction signal should be established at least 5μs before pulse signal.

4

DIR-

5

ENA+

Enable control signal, this input signal is used to enable or disable the output of driver axis 1 and axis 2. When ENA is connected to low level (or internal optocoupler conduction), the driver will cut off current to each motor phase, putting the motor in free state and not responding to step pulses. When this function is not needed, the enable signal terminal can be left floating. (Signal voltage supports 5-24V)
