Product Overview

This series of integrated stepper motor drivers adopts the new generation 32-bit DSP technology, combined with RS485 bus control functionality, supporting the MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. It can connect up to 32 axes, enabling multi-axis bus synchronous control. The driver features 15 internal position segments and 15 internal speed segments, supports automatic homing, absolute/relative positioning, JOG functions, and can be directly controlled using a touchscreen or a controller with an RS485 interface.

DIP Switch Settings

This series of 485 bus integrated machines has 6 DIP switches, which can be used to set the 485 station number, communication baud rate, and terminal resistor, distributed as shown in the figure below:

When SW5 is ON, the baud rate can be modified through PA-28 (decimal address 40), 0:115200; 1:38400; 2:19200; 3:9600

Terminal Resistor Setting: When SW6 is set to ON, a 120Ω terminal resistor is connected between the signal lines to prevent signal reflection at the cable end when nodes send signals on the network.
