Product Overview
The LC35BK-R integrated stepper driver, with ultra-compact structure and integrated wiring, can greatly save equipment space and reduce wiring complexity.-in high-precision encoder with 16384PPR, paired with closed-loop feedback algorithm, positioning accuracy up to ±0.02°, which effectively eliminate missing steps, suitable for high-precision positioning scenarios.It supports Modbus-RTU protocol, contains 8 segments of internal position table (supporting automatic cycle segments), with functions such as homing, IO position trigger, JOG, alarm reset, etc.; multi-axis control can be achieved via touch screen or controller with485 interface, adapting to different working occasions.

Fault Handling
Fault Phenomenon | Solution |
Red light always on or red light flashes once every 3 seconds | Driver overcurrent alarm, check if motor wires have issues, or unplug motor wires and power only the driver; if fault persists, internal driver fault requires factory repair. |
Red light flashes continuously 2 times | Drive overvoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range |
Red light flashes continuously 3 times | Drive undervoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range |
Red light flashes continuously 4 times | Motor phase loss alarm, the motor wire of the driver may be disconnected, factory repair required |
