Product Overview

The LC35BK-R integrated stepper driver, with ultra-compact structure and integrated wiring, can greatly save equipment space and reduce wiring complexity.-in high-precision encoder with 16384PPR, paired with closed-loop feedback algorithm, positioning accuracy up to ±0.02°, which effectively eliminate missing steps, suitable for high-precision positioning scenarios.It supports Modbus-RTU protocol, contains 8 segments of internal position table (supporting automatic cycle segments), with functions such as homing, IO position trigger, JOG, alarm reset, etc.; multi-axis control can be achieved via touch screen or controller with485 interface, adapting to different working occasions.

Fault Handling
Fault Phenomenon
Solution
Red light always on or red light flashes once every 3 seconds
Driver overcurrent alarm, check if motor wires have issues, or unplug motor wires and power only the driver; if fault persists, internal driver fault requires factory repair.
Red light flashes continuously 2 times
Drive overvoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range
Red light flashes continuously 3 times
Drive undervoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range
Red light flashes continuously 4 times
Motor phase loss alarm, the motor wire of the driver may be disconnected, factory repair required
Red light flashes continuously 7 times
Position deviation too large alarm, check if the speed is too fast or if the motor is stalled

EEPROM storage failure, try initializing parameters and restarting; if the alarm persists, factory repair is required.

Use control word to trigger emergency stop, then check if internal position parameters are set incorrectly, then try to trigger position operation again.
Motor is whining
1. Set PA_006 to 0, then restart the driver;
2. Reduce PA_009 and PA_010;
3. Reduce PA_011 and PA_013.
Motor is oscillating back and forth
Is the load inertia too large? Increase deceleration time.
