Product Overview

The LC60BK-R integrated stepper driver, with ultra-compact structure and integrated wiring, can greatly save equipment space and reduce wiring complexity.-in high-precision encoder with 16384PPR, paired with closed-loop feedback algorithm, positioning accuracy up to ±0.02°, which effectively eliminate missing steps, suitable for high-precision positioning scenarios.It supports Modbus-RTU protocol, contains 8 segments of internal position table (supporting automatic cycle segments), with functions such as homing, IO position trigger, JOG, alarm reset, etc.; multi-axis control can be achieved via touch screen or controller with485 interface, adapting to different working occasions.

Fault Handling
Fault Symptoms
Solutions
Red light steady on or red light flashes once every 3 seconds
Driver overcurrent alarm, check if the motor wires have issues, or unplug the motor wires and power only the driver. If the fault persists, the driver has an internal fault and needs to be returned for repair.
Red light flashes continuously 2 times
Driver overvoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range
Red light flashes continuously 3 times
Driver undervoltage alarm, check if the input voltage is within the power supply range
Red light flashes continuously 4 times
Motor phase loss alarm, the driver motor wire may be disconnected, needs to be returned for repair
Red light flashes continuously 7 times
Position deviation too large alarm, check if the speed is too fast or if the motor is stalled
Red light flashes continuously 8 times
EEPROM storage fault, try initializing parameters and restarting. If the alarm persists, return for repair.

Homing timeout alarm, check if PA_055 is 16515.

Homing error alarm, check homing parameters and sensor switch, reset alarm and re-home.
Motor enabled normally but cannot trigger operation
Use control word to trigger emergency stop, then check if internal position parameters are set incorrectly, then try to trigger position operation again.
Motor has whining noise
1. Set PA_006 to 0, then restart the driver;
2. Reduce PA_009 and PA_010;
3. Reduce PA_011 and PA_013.
Motor swings back and forth
Check if load inertia is too large, increase deceleration time
