DS2-20P/R Low Voltage DC Servo Driver

Product Overview

DS2 series low-voltage servo drives are developed with the latest generation of 32-bit DSP chips and combined with our years of serv motion control experience. This model is a pulse-type drive. It supports servo motors from 400W to 750W, supports 17/23-bit single-turn and 17/23-bit multi-turn encoders. It uses a low-voltage DC power supply and can connect an external braking resistor. It supports pulse direction and dual pulse input control, and can also be controlled via 485. It has strong overload capacity, low noise fast response, etc.

Features

Matched Motor: 400W / 750W Power Supply Voltage: 24V/48V Communication Interface: Pulse/RS485 Rated Output Current: 20A Maximum Output Current: 30A Dimensions (L*H*W): 100.8x168x36mm / Weight: 0.44kg Encoder: 17-bit incremental/17-bit absolute, 23-bit incremental/23-bit absolute encoder

Wiring Diagram Notes:
1. Pulse and direction ports support differential and collector connection methods, and support both NPN and PNP wiring methods.
2. DI3 to DI6 support NPN and PNP wiring methods. When DICOM is connected to 24V, DI port input 0V is valid; when DICOM is connected to 0V, DI port input 24V is valid.
3. The common terminal of the DO port DOCOM can only be connected to 0V, not 24V.
4. The DS2-P driver can be controlled by pulse as well as by 485 communication.
5. Pulse and direction ports can be changed to ordinary DI ports. When 485 control DI ports are insufficient, this can be set by modifying P03.36.
