A8 Series AC Servo Driver

Product Overview

This series is a high-performance AC servo driver, integrating the STO (Safe Torque Off) safety torque off function, compliant with IEC 61800-5-2 safety standards, capable of achieving safe shutdown in emergency situations. The system supports full closed-loop control mode, achieving positioning accuracy of ±1 pulse through high-resolution encoder feedback, compatible with rotary motors and linear motor applications. Equipped with a Type-C debugging interface, it supports real-time parameter configuration and has a built-in RS485 communication interface (Modbus RTU protocol), with an adjustable baud rate range of 9.6 kbps to 115.2 kbps. It uses Field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm, suitable for high dynamic response scenarios such as precision CNC and semiconductor equipment.

Features

1. Support 17/23-bit incremental and absolute value encoders 2. Support 7 control modes: position, velocity, torque, position/torque, position/velocity, velocity/torque, position/velocity/que; 3. Support ABZ phase frequency division feedback 4. Support motor self-learning function: match different manufacturers' motors

Driver Wiring Diagram
Note:
① When connecting single-phase 220V power, connect live and neutral wires to L1, L3; L2 does not need wiring;
② When STO function is not used, STO1 and STO2 need to be connected to COM, otherwise Er.300 alarm will occur;
③ When connecting linear motor, do not connect CN4 encoder terminal; connect encoder to CN3 encoder terminal, supports ABZ differential signal encoder, does not support communication type encoder;

MODBUS Bus Communication
