OL86-RX Bus Open-Loop Stepper Driver
Product Overview
The OL86-RX is a fully digital stepper driver. This driver uses an RS485 interface and supports the standard Modbus-RTU protocol. It can achieve multi-axis motion control through a touchscreen or a controller with an RS485 communication interface. Users can control up to 31 drivers simultaneously. The driver has 8 internal position tables, supporting functions such as internal position auto-switching, homing, position triggering, and JOG.

Fault Handling
Fault Phenomenon | Problem Description | Solution |
Red light flashes once | Overcurrent | Driver overcurrent alarm, check if motor wires have issues, or disconnect motor wires and power only the driver. If the fault persists, the driver has an internal fault and needs to be returned for repair. |
Red light flashes four times | Phase loss |
