80 Backpack-type Integrated Servo Motor (Pulse + RS485)

Product Overview

The IBL series low-voltage servo driver is developed with the latest generation of 32-bit DSP chips and combined with our years ofo motion control experience. This model is a pulse-type driver. It supports 750W/1000W, supports 17-bit encoders uses low-voltage DC power supply, can connect external braking resistors, supports pulse direction and dual pulse input control, and can also use 485 control. It the characteristics of strong overload capacity, low noise, fast response, etc.

System Wiring Diagram
Note:
1. The pulse and direction ports support both differential and collector-coupled configurations, as well as NPN and PNP wiring methods. A 24V pulse requires a series resistor.
2. DI3 to DI6 support both NPN and PNP wiring configurations. For DICOM connections, 24V is applied; meanwhile, the DI port becomes active when receiving 0V input. Conversely, for DI ports, 24V input activates the system when connected to a DICOM interface set at 0V.
3. The DO port's common terminal, DOCOM, can only be connected to 0V and must not be connected to 24V.
4. The pulse port and direction port can be switched to standard DI ports for use. If the 485-controlled DI ports become insufficient, you can adjust the setting via P03.36.

Main application areas
Suitable for automation equipment and instruments in a wide range of motion control applications, such as robotic arms, cutting machines, oil injectors, ultrasonic devices, material feeding systems, printing equipment, medical devices, packaging machinery, lithium battery equipment, CNC lathes, coating systems, custom-built machinery, and more.
