DS2-Mini-7PR-100 Miniature Low-Voltage DC Servo Drive

Product Overview

DS2-Mini-100 low-voltage servo driver, developed with a new generation 32-bit DSP and our company's years of experience in motion control, including pulse, RS485 bus, and CANopen bus control, this model introduces the Pulse type driver. It is compatible with 10W100W motors and supports 17/23-bit single-turn / multi-turn encoders. Powered by low-voltage DC, it can be externally to a braking resistor; featuring strong overload capacity, low noise, and fast response, its bare-board design makes it easy to embed during installation, saving installation space.

Features

DI/DO interface terminals Note:

1. The pulse and direction ports support both differential and collector‑connected wiring, and are compatible with both NPN and PNP configurations.

2. DI3 through DI6 support both NPN and PNP wiring configurations; for DICOM, connect to 24 V, with a valid input of 0 V at the DI port; for DICOM, connect to 0 V, with a valid input of 24 V at the DI port.

3. The common terminal of the DO port, DOCOM, must be connected to 0 V and cannot be connected to 24 V.

4. The DS2-P drive can be controlled not only by pulse signals but also via RS‑485.

5. The pulse input and direction input can be configured as standard DI inputs. When the 485‑controlled DI inputs are insufficient, you can adjust this setting via P03.36.
