DS2-Mini-20E-750 Miniature Low-Voltage DC Servo Drive

Product Overview

DS2-Mini-750 low-voltage servo drive, equipped with a new generation 32-bit DSP and developed based on our company's years experience in servo motion control, includes pulse, RS485 bus, CANopen bus, and EtherCAT bus control; this model introduces the EtherCAT type drive. Paired a 7500W motor, it supports 17/23-bit single-turn/multi-turn encoders, supports CIA301 and CIA02 protocols, and can be externally connected to a braking resistor; it features strong overload capacity, low noise, fast response, is easy to embed as a bare board, saves space.

Features

Motor model: 750 W Supply voltage: 48 V Communication interface: EtherCAT Rated current: 20 A Supply voltage range: DC 24 V–70 V Encoder: 17-bit incremental/17-bit absolute, 23-bit incremental/23-bit absolute encoder

DI/DO interface terminals Note:

1. DI3 through DI6 support both NPN and PNP wiring configurations; when the DICOM terminal is connected to 24 V, a 0 V input on the DI port is active, whereas when the DICOM terminal is connected to 0 V, a 24 V input on the DI port is active.
2. The common terminal of the DO port, DOCOM, must be connected to 0 V and cannot be connected to 24 V.

Main application areas

Suitable for a wide range of motion-control applications in automation equipment and instruments, such as electronic manufacturing and inspection, semiconductor packaging, laser cutting and welding, laser typesetting, packaging machinery, engraving machines, marking machines, cutting machines, garment plotters, CNC machine tools, and automated assembly systems.
