Product Overview

Three-phase 86 series closed-loop stepper motor, made with high-quality raw materials and high-grade permanent magnet silicon steel sheets, equipped with a 1000-line high-precision encoder. It completely overcomes the step loss problem of open-loop stepper motors, significantly improves high-speed motor performance, reduces motor heating and vibration, enhances machining speed and accuracy, and lowers machine power consumption. It facilitates the upgrade of traditional stepper drive solutions, with cost reductions of over 50% compared to servo motors. Motor length ranges from 123mm to 182mm, torque range: 6N.m to 12N.m, motor shaft diameter 14mm.
